Back to Bedok

Been a long time since I've been back to TJ since I graduated, today was having lunch at eBlackboard which was opposite TJ with eugene and zic.
Had lamb chops($11.90), 4 pieces of lamb chops with broccolis and baked potato which i changed with eugene for his fries. The meat was pretty tender with nice grill lines and eaten with the mint sauce was just so good. After my diving trip in 2005 i came to realise that lamb chops are best eaten with mint sauce but this mint sauce was not as good as the one i had at the dive resort but still passable.

After lunch we decided to take a walk around TJ since we're already here. Students were a little puzzled why 3 guys dressed in home clothes were walking around the school. There were quite a few changes to the school since we lasted visited, like the turnstile for students leaving after school hours and fresh coat of paint. Benches under LT1 were shifted to extend the dining area of the canteen. One vast difference would be the fact that students were wearing an assortment of different shirts in school, including the classrooms unlike our time where we only wear the standard uniform in class. Sport complex was more or less the same though we can't seem to find the swim team's notice board. I met Mr Ho my year 2 maths tutor under LT2, he still remember that I was from 11/02 though he can't recall my name but after these years it was good enough. Anyway security in the school was damn slack, no one questioned our purpose in the school though we came across quite a few tutors.

Eugene the glutton brought us to Eastwood, the shopping mall opposite Bedok Food Centre for apple strudel which i think was normal. Apple strudel now dun seem to appeal to me like before, dun really seem to justify its cost.
